Return Policy

If you’re looking to exchange your order due to wrong size, color or item received, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if the wrong item, size or color has been sent to you by mistake. You can make an 1-1 exchange for your product or to a different product of similar value or higher, subjected to availability. Top ups may be required. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
